Electronic Signature (eIDAS-compliant)

An electronic-signature workflow anchored on an eIDAS-qualified trust service provider that lets you collect legally binding signatures on guest registration cards, corporate rate agreements, LRA contracts, group blocks and event contracts. The signing session is initiated from the reservation record inside Profitroom, and the signed PDF is written back as an attachment on that same reservation. Each signature carries a full audit trail — signatory identity, timestamp, IP address, geolocation, device fingerprint — sealed with an eIDAS Advanced Electronic Signature. Optional Qualified Signature upgrade for jurisdictions that require it. Documents are retained inside your Profitroomshop Client Area for seven years and can be deleted on request through the GDPR portal. Requires an active Profitroom account with API access enabled.
